Client Relations Manager

Job Description:
The Client Relations Director is the face of CashEdge and the primary contact for our Regional Bank Customers. The person is the daily business liaison of the organization and is responsible for the success, satisfaction, and growth of our customers. This is a high visibility position that offers a significant level of impact to the company by executing on quarterly goals while acting as the 'voice of the client' within CashEdge.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue maintenance and growth
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Ability to partner with Sales Executives on new product opportunities
  • Initiate and execute client plans for growth
  • Act as client expert and voice within CashEdge
  • Solve customer issues while maintaining business relations internally
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned customers

Qualifications Requirements:

  • 3 + years Account Management/Client Relationship Management Experience
  • Track record of strong relationship building
  • Experience with large banks is preferable
  • Experience with any of the following would be helpful:
    • Online banking or bill payment
    • Bank core processing
    • Risk Management
    • Payment solutions including credit card/ACH/ATM/EBPP or similar
  • Network of contacts within US financial institutions preferable
  • Ability to assess both operational and business issues, develop a plan to resolve, and work with both companies to implement a solution
  • Ability to lead, build and manage internal relationships in customer support, risk management, etc.
  • Experience in working within a goals-driven environment.
  • Experience in working with different groups within an organization - engineering, operations, and product management - to rally the information and support to close deals.
  • Self-starter willing to work with highly motivated, independent and focused people in an entrepreneurial environment
  • BA/BS degree

Location:

New York, NY

Compensation:

Highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package comprised of a base salary and bonuses.

Travel:

15 – 30% travel on East Coast and Mid West, primarily day trips to customers.
