Client Relations Manager (US Banking)
Job Description:
The Client Relations Manager serves as CashEdge’s primary business liaison to its strategic clients. He or she will be responsible for maintaining relationships, monitoring and ensuring client satisfaction, and growing revenue at existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop professional relationships with key business owners up and across the strategic client organization.
- Establish business plan aligned with client annual goals.
- Identify and close new revenue opportunities.
- Identify and utilize benchmark data to increase service levels and client revenue.
- Resolve all client issues.
- Be internal expert on all aspects of client relationship including contacts, business plan, analytics, service issues and revenue opportunities.
- Establish and develop very strong working relationships with all internal business linkages; including Implementation, Customer Support, Professional Services, Finance and Technology.
Qualifications Requirements:
- More than 5 years experience in strategic account management.
- Proven success managing and growing revenue within large, complex clients.
- Strong sales, analytic and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to establish and grow relationships at all levels within clients, from managers to C-level.
- Successful account management or sales experience with on-line banking, financial, or technology firms preferred.

Compensation:
Salary plus bonus, with bonus based on client satisfaction and revenue growth
